ICA has powerful whole system CD methods. The 5 day Community Development Intensive demonstrates and practices them all, for community leaders, CD practitioners, and government officials.

ICA's 8 week Academy, 4 week Human Development Training School (HDTS), and 3 week International Training Institute (ITI) are contained in the CDIntensive. 

Used in Canada, USA, Ukraine, Chile, Korea, Russian and China, the five day course needs a good rework for the African context, to be used anywhere on the continent.
